Upper and Lower Case Ee matching

We had fun playing this game that went perfectly along with our book this week, Green Eggs and Ham.

  • scissors and crayons to prep the activity
  • 2 plates
  • Green eggs and ham print out
  • 2 circles

ham and eggs

To prep the craft I printed the eggs and ham. I colored them, added the letters and cut them out. I also cut two larger circles using white card stock and wrote the letters on them.  I then put this in a bag. I always prep crafts like this so they are ready to go when we want to use them and Strawberry doesn’t have to wait to do the activity.

When we were ready to do the activity I pulled out the above pieces and two plates.

We talked about the difference between the upper and lower case Ee. I placed a circle on each plate and gave her the green eggs and ham. From there I let her lead the activity and helped with verbal ques when needed.

Strawberry loves learning and is always so excited when she learns new things or finishes a new activity.
